進退兩難

有難題,好苦惱...
同事問我有冇興趣同cx一起進行portage的data analysis工作.
難在是project我一直冇跟開,同cx真是不知該怎合作.(仲有一班同cx一樣都係auntie級的老師:()
二是手上的工作已有做不完的感覺,有套adhd的課程只是開了個頭,但是進展就大墮後v.v
三是一直不認同同事的做法,明明是一套authentic ax的工具,要搞到好似standardised ax tool咁,跟本就係有違套工具的原意. 此外, 3-5歲的special kids, 在一個standardise testing environment做出來的評估,佢'唔識'做隨時係因為佢唔liky個assessor而唔係佢真係唔識.
四,最難處:同事一直都話有專業人士同佢地講assessment唔可以同education掛鈎! 而我地ex好強調 兩者的聯繫,點傾落去呢?

Agree! I'm really in doubt of the reliability of the early childhood ax results... I'm recently surprised to find that an A girl who used to be labelled as MGID at pre-primary ax is now average at P3!!!

Yet, I think it's a very meaningful mission to develop an ax for intervention (not diagnostic). After all, much has to be done when sth is to be called standardized...

講真都几想推,因為當中可能牽及我唔多曉的stat process.一是it could be unethical as i'm not competent in that; 二是好驚會take up too much of my time so everything else will screw up :(
但karen and alice 我認同當中的價值和學習...點呢...

Yes! we shouldn't take up too much at this beginning stage. Don't burn yourself out so soon la. and...stat ma...unless u wanna do the PhD or develop in research or reli interested la...
